Vietnam Public Health Association (VPHA) is a professional social organization operating in the field of health care, established by a decision of the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2002. As of today, the Association has developed a membership network in 12 provinces and cities across the country with more than 6,000 members. We are proud to be members of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the World Public Health Association (WFPHA).
As a prestigious unit in training, scientific research, and the development of health care and protection models, the Vietnam Public Health Association becomes well-known domestically, regionally, and internationally.
To ensure that the Vietnamese people are protected from serious health threats and that they have access to health care, especially people living in remote areas or ethnic minorities.
Our website provides detailed information about the Society including its history, vision, mission, and strategic mandate. In addition, we provide an overview of the Association’s various activities, including published research, implemented public health models, and ongoing development initiatives.
The site will also provide people with a reliable source of information regarding public health issues and how each individual can protect their own health, as well as the health of their families and society as a whole. As a result of the Vietnam Public Health Association, readers will be able not only to discuss any health issue together but can also ask questions for answers.
In the long run, the Vietnam Public Health Association intends to develop training courses on epidemiology, scientific research, and health education to improve knowledge, education, practice, and research on public health for anyone interested.
There is more to the Vietnam Public Health Association website than simply disseminating information. The community is encouraged to participate in discussions and provide critical comments rather than just receiving unidirectional information. The reader is an important member of this scholarly community, and we believe that diversity of opinion enriches the common knowledge and promotes the development of the Society.
